We require telemarketers to work in customer service with experience in assistance and customer service.

Tasks to be carried out by the telemarketer:

• Perform cross-selling or up-selling.
• Use IT tools and systems to manage calls.
• Make sales and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain customer records in the database.

Key job requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computer systems.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• Problem solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Fluency in the required languages, both oral and written.
