Activities to be carried out by the worker:
– Update on the products, services and policies of the company.
– Transfer calls to specialised departments.
– Scheduling appointments and reservations.
– Provide technical support over the phone.

Essential qualifications for the job:
– Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
– Fluency in the required languages, both oral and written.
– Technical skills in computer, networking or other related fields.
