We need telemarketers to work in customer service with knowledge in customer service.

The time has come if you are tired of looking for a job and start as a telemarketer. Customer service centre is starting its adventure and is looking for three positions to attend to the public as tele-operators. Temporary contract is offered, with a duration of 6 months and the possibility of becoming indefinite, with guaranteed employment for 6 months. It provides a salary distributed in 14 payments and the right to 30 days of annual leave. We will value positively if they are proficient in computer tools.

The tasks to be carried out by the teleoperator will be:
– Provide assistance in the resolution of technical problems.
– Update on the company’s products, services and policies.
– Answering incoming customer calls.
– Provide information on products and services.

Basic conditions of employment:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
– Problem solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
– Fluency in the required languages, both oral and written.
