We need caregivers for the elderly to provide care and assistance to the elderly.

The position is offered on a permanent contract, with a split schedule from Monday to Thursday. The salary will be fixed according to the collective agreement and there will be the possibility of productivity bonuses. In addition, continuous training will be provided for the worker. We are looking for a caregiver with impeccable personal hygiene and who can work in stressful situations.

These will be the duties to be performed:

• Provide support in managing medical appointments and treatment follow-up.
• Inform the planning and organization of special events and celebrations within the residence.
• Provide personal hygiene support, including bathing, dressing and skin care.
• Assist in the administration of complementary therapies, such as music therapy, aromatherapy or occupational therapy.

Essential job requirements:

• Good attitude and excellent bedside manner and care for the elderly.
• High adaptability.
• Previous experience in work related to the care of the elderly.
• Person with communication skills and desire to learn.
