We are urgently looking for a teleoperator

If you are eager to work, we would like to invite you to participate in this selection process. We are looking for teleoperators to work in the area. We offer a permanent contract, with a split schedule from Monday to Friday morning shifts from 7am to 3pm from Monday to Friday. It will be valued to have driving license and own vehicle.

Tasks to be carried out by the worker:
– Carry out surveys to help improve the service offered.
– Communicate personalised solutions to the client.
– Sell products and services.
– Register claims or complaints.

Minimum requirements for the vacant post:
– Proactive and organised person.
– Experience in customer service.
– Motivation to learn and ability to resolve conflicts.
– Knowledge of the products and services to be sold.
