We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives locally in our lovely shop. A position is available on an initially temporary contract for 6 months with the option to go permanent, securing work for months at a time. Salary will be spread over 14 payments and 30 days holiday entitlement per year will be granted. We are looking for dynamic, proactive individuals with teamwork skills, who have knowledge of logistics and warehousing.

The functions that the employee will perform will be:

Prepare orders by selecting the required products.
Record and update inventory information in the warehouse management system.
Prepare documentation for outgoing shipments.
Perform loading and unloading of products onto trucks using conveyor systems such as conveyor belts.

Basic job requirements:

Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time and stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
Ability to read and understand written instructions, labels and shipping documents.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends or overtime as required.
Knowledge of hygiene and safety measures when handling hazardous products.
