We are looking for an experienced tele-operator

If you want to work in call centres, you can apply for the position of tele-operator. We offer a part-time contract spread over Saturdays and Sundays, with registration with the Social Security. The worker must be a proactive and responsible person, and be able to work in a team.

What work will you do?
– To build customer loyalty.
– Execute market studies with different objectives.
– Raise complaints when necessary.
– Assisting customers with all the information they need.

Minimum requirements for the job:
– Motivation to learn and ability to resolve conflicts.
– Person with communication skills and motivation to learn.
– Knowledge of the products and services to be sold.
– Experience in customer service.
