Customer service centre is heading for adventure and is looking for five positions to attend to the public as tele-operators. We offer a full time contract, Monday to Saturday mornings from 7am to 2pm. We are looking for tele-operators with problem solving skills.

All the activities you will perform are:
– Follow up calls and meet response times.
– Record and document customer interactions1Adapt to the scripts and protocols established by the company.
– Update customer records in the database.
– Resolve customer queries and doubts.

Key requirements of the vacancy:
– Technical knowledge in computer, network or other related fields.
– Proactivity and responsibility.
– Basic knowledge of computer systems.
– Previous experience in customer service preferred, but not required.
