Telemarketer required for immediate full-time position

Be part of a telecommunications company and broaden your experience. The customer service centre is looking for telemarketers in the city for incorporation. We offer a non-continuous permanent contract, from Monday to Saturday in the morning from 7am to 2pm. In addition, excellent active listening skills are required.

All the tasks you will perform are:

• Collect customer information and conduct telephone surveys.
• Handling customer complaints and claims.
• Follow up calls and meet response times.
• Provide guidance on the use of products or services.

Key qualifications for the vacant position:

• Persuasive skills and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of mathematics and data handling (if transaction processing or financial information is required).
• Technical skills in computer, networking or other related fields.
