Telemarketer required for a full-time position with immediate entry.

Looking for a job opportunity in the customer service field? We are looking for a tele-operator to work in the province with a good attitude. We offer a non-continuous permanent contract, Monday to Saturday mornings from 7am to 2pm. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude and excellent customer service and communication skills.

All the activities you will perform are:
– Handling customer complaints and grievances.
– Maintain customer records in the database.
– Record and document customer interactions1Adapt to scripts and protocols established by the company.
– Work as part of a team with other telemarketers and departments.
