Telemarketer needed for a full time position with immediate income.

Insurance companies are starting their adventure and are looking for five positions to attend to the public as tele-operators. Temporary contract is offered, with a duration of 6 months and the possibility of becoming permanent, with guaranteed employment for 6 months. It provides a salary spread over 14 payments and 40 days annual leave entitlement. We are looking for tele-operators with the ability to provide quality telephone assistance.

All the tasks you will perform are:
– Making sales and achieving sales targets.
– Scheduling appointments and bookings.
– Cross-sell or up-sell.
– Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Basic requirements of the vacant position:
– Proactivity and responsibility.
– Problem solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
– Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
