We are looking for a tele-operator to work in a well-known company.

We offer a part-time contract spread over Saturdays and Sundays, with an excellent working environment. We are looking for serious and eager to work, with demonstrable experience in similar positions.

What functions will you perform?
– Assisting customers with all the information they need.
– Register claims or complaints.
– Carry out surveys to receive feedback on the service offered.
– Capture new customers.

Minimum requirements for the position:
– Motivation to learn and ability to resolve conflicts.
– Dynamic, proactive and responsible person.
– Knowledge of the products and materials to be worked with.
– Experience in customer service.
