We offer a full-time contract, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts, ensuring two consecutive days off per week. The employee’s duties will be:
– To carry out surveys to help improve the service offered.
– Assisting customers with all the information they need.
– Telephone sales and customer service.
– Registering claims or complaints.
