Position for tele-operator on offer

Are you looking for a job in call centres? A well known company is looking for a tele-operator in the province. We offer a permanent contract, with a split timetable from Monday to Friday, morning shifts from Monday to Friday. We are looking for serious and eager to work, with demonstrable experience in the sector.

The employee’s duties will be:
– Raise complaints when necessary.
– To build customer loyalty.
– Assisting customers with all the information they need.
– Carry out surveys to receive feedback service offered.

Minimum requirements for the position:
– Minimum experience of 6 months in similar positions.
– Knowledge of the products and services to be sold.
– Organisational skills and ability to work in a team.
– Communication skills and commercial spirit.
