Company offers a full-time position as a telephone operator
Do you want to work in call centres? The company needs teleoperators. We offer a part-time contract spread over weekends, with 100% of the hours worked being registered with the Social Security. The worker must be a proactive and responsible person, and be able to work in a team.
Tasks to be carried out by the employee:
– Assisting customers with all the information they need.
– To register claims or complaints.
– Carry out market research with different objectives.
– To build customer loyalty.
Minimum requirements for the job:
– Experience in customer service.
– Knowledge of the products and services to be sold.
– Dynamic, proactive and responsible person.
– Ability to resolve conflicts and willingness to learn.
