Employment is offered to full time teleoperators, with rotating schedules from Monday to Thursday. All the functions you will perform are:

– Making reminder or follow-up calls.
– Making sales and achieving sales targets.
– Working as part of a team with other telemarketers and departments.
– Transferring calls to specialist departments.

Key requirements of the vacancy:
– Technical skills in computer, networking or other related fields.
– Basic knowledge of mathematics and data handling (if transaction processing or financial information is required).
– Basic knowledge of computer systems.
– Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
